Prior to Investing - Callipari Law will perform thorough and detailed legal due diligence on the target company.

After an Investment is made - Callipari Law will - 
  • Reduce current legal expenditures without compromising the quality and responsiveness of the legal representation by: (1) bringing legal work under the Callipari Law flat fee framework, and (2) retaining and managing outside counsel for legal matters not suitable for Callipari Law to handle
  • Conduct a thorough review of Company's standard form agreements, policies, procedures, employee handbooks, etc. and create, supplement or improve as necessary
  • Perform regular onsite management team oversight and review
